Trusting when it’s hard

Can you discover the depths of God? Can you discover the limits of the Almighty?

We have all come to a place in our Christian walk where we have been completely confused by God’s actions. When we thought something should have happened a certain way and it didn’t. Sometimes this has us questioning God. But when we walk with God, we also begin to trust Him. Even when He doesn’t do things our way, we can trust that the way He will do it is actually the best way for us.

As hard as it can be, will you trust Him this week?

By faith

What’s the condition of your faith? Is it weak and frail, or flourishing? Hebrews 11 is filled with examples of men and women living by faithwith very different life experiences. The key is that they all made decisions out of their trust in God, flowing from faith.

And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. Hebrews 11:6 (http://bit.ly/2M8E3xI)

Living by faith pleases God; it shows that we love and trust Him.

Spend time praying for more faithHe is ready to give it to you!

Reflecting

Walking into the last weekend of 2019, it’s a great opportunity to reflect on what’s been and what’s to come.

How was your year?
What are your highlights and how did you grow as a person?
What are you looking forward to in 2020?
How are you planning to grow your faith in 2020?

My prayer for you is Romans 15:13 – I pray that you are filled with joy and hope as you walk into the promises of the new year, knowing that you can trust the Holy Spirit to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Trust God with your 2020!
