Altitude is a position (height above sea level). Attitude is an orientation (the difference in pitch between the nose and the tail of an aeroplane). If you have a positive attitude, the nose lifts and you go higher. With a negative attitude, the nose dips and you descend. A bad attitude leads to a crash and burn. Your attitude determines your altitude.
So don’t think too highly of yourself (Romans 12:3 –https://bit.ly/2EILmLU), “You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had He gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave he humbled himself in obedience to God Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honour” Philippians 2:5-9 (https://bit.ly/3jmk1hW).
