The world pushes us to make plans left, right and centre – which schools to go to, what to study, whether to go to varsity or not, where to work and live. Yes, practically we do have to make some plans. However, the priority in Proverbs 16:3-4 is not making our own plans, it is committing to the Lord whatever we do.
It is a hard choice to make, but it is wiser to do everything for the glory of God and not ourselves.
Ask God to teach you what this looks like in your own life.
